Education takes place where people are touched by the world and able to respond to it. In my research I investigate how learning is made possible by sustaining relationships, resonant classroom experiences and the development of expressive capacity. I am particularly interested in how people find a voice of their own and enter into a living exchange with others, with cultural content and with the world.
